Headboardy goodness

danaerisOK, folks. This headboard that I just found on craigslist is selling for only $40, and I could be crazy, but I think it is made of wood that will approximately match my dresser (woo!)
Anyone have opinions on whether it is worth $40, and also as to whether it would match my wooden dresser (the only furniture I own that I'm particularly attached to)?

It also is mostly solid for comfortable leaning, yet on the sides it is kind of post-y which may make for good tie points, as desired.
