LJ Oracle: Catering/cooks
Dec. 5th, 2008 02:07 amAnyone know anything about the economics of making food happen at an event?
Most specifically, what is the cheapest way to provide food for 50 or so people for a weekend, without risking food poisoning lawsuits?
To make it worthwhile, cost would need to stay around ~$55/head for two each of dinner, lunch, and breakfast (although we might be able to feasibly provide a brunch on the Sunday and decrease the number of meals by one).

In other related news, braaaains. I want to eat your braaaains. But I'm sure I'll feel better in the morning, with a little more caffeine in me.
That is all.
