tax fun

The bad news:
I feel like I'm going to keel over, and the tax program kept on giving me errors and dire warnings about keeping records, and such. And it told me I was going to owe the feds stupid amounts of money (given my paltry income), so I kept on adding expenses until I thought I'd added everything I could even remotely justify... and I thought I still owed some on fed, but not state. And I still have to mail this, which means a trip to the icky post office. ickickick!

The good news:
Either it wasn't done calculating, or I was so tired I was misreading it. Because I have several hundred dollars in refund heading my way, between state and federal taxes. Woohoo!

Better news:
Some good prospects have shown up in the housing search. More as developments occur!

I dunno why I've been so tired lately, but I am... totally exhausted, that is. Sleep soon.

Anyone know anything about renting to own? Is it a good idea, or bad idea, or what?

Edit: A house, that is.

Post this in your LJ. Let your friends post it in their LJ. The first person that comes here (http://www.livejournal.com/users/notshakespeare/73337.html) and posts that they want his second ticket for the Serenity showing in Providence, RI (on the 23) can have it. However, that person must be in a mutual friend's list chain (A and B appear on each other's friend's list, B lists C appear on each other's friend's list, etc).
