My dear, dear friend dragon_spirit is, as we speak, trying out for the San Francisco cast of Les Miserables. Please send your thoughts her way... this is one girl who really deserves a good break after all the crappy medical and financial and life problems she has survived.

Also, while you're at it, evergrey has been asked to an interview for what looks like the Perfect Job. Her life has also sucked enough as is, and if this job doesn't come through, she may soon have to leave her home in the Bay Area behind and move in with her parents, who are not particularly accepting of her religious views not to mention lifestyle choices. So please, if you're sending luck, good vibes, energy, or whatever it is that you do, send it to her while you're at it!

Hamilton Poly -- unfiltered this once

For those of you who don't know, I moderate an email list for hamilton area poly folk. It currently has 9 list members, although there are two other people who I expect would come to some or all gatherings.

Anyway, I'm setting up a monthly meetup, which will be here in Hamilton, either the third Wednesday, or Thursday, with June being the first meetup. I'm posting this here for two reasons.

1. If you think you might come some month in the future, which day would be better for you?


2. If you have a suggestion for a venue, please let me know asap. I was wondering what the Staircase Cafe is like, for instance.
