Party list revisited

So I've mentioned it before, and this time I'm being organized about it and making it easy for you. I'm the only person who can see the results of this poll. Please enter your email address and id helpers where necessary in the boxes below if you want to be on my party list!

Housing in San Jose!

Spacious rooms available in quiet neighborhood in San Jose area!

2 room mates needed to share a 4 bed/2.5 bath 2-story in Willow Glen with one other person. Each room is:

• furnished (although if you're the right person, arrangements could be made to possibly move it to storage)
  
• hardwood floors
  
• approximately 10' x 12' x 8' (1 measured 10.5'x11' and the other was 10'x12')
  
• shared full bath upstairs, and also 1/2 bath available downstairs in emergencies
  
• cost is $700 per month, price includes utilities (gas, electric, water, sewage, phone, cable, and broadband)
  
• $300 refundable deposit
  

As for the house itself, some of its better features are:

• Hardwood floors (in all rooms but 2)
  
• 2 wood-burning fireplaces
  
• Full-sized washer/dryer in utility room
  
• Small in-ground pool
  
• Spa/jacuzzi (can fit about 6 adults comfortably)
  
• Covered patio overlooking English garden (professionally maintained at landlord's cost)
  
• Kitchen remodeled in 2001 with new appliances (oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven)
  
• Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of countertop space
  
• Large common room, and also formal dining room and receiving room (a.k.a. living room)
  

What about the existing housemate? nytemuse says:
I'm a student at San Jose State trying to finish up my teaching credential, and work part-time. I'm pretty easy-going as a housemate/housing manager. As long as you're clean and respectful, we shouldn't have any problems. I love to cook and eat so I'm cool doing the monthly social/dinner thing, but it's not a necessity...I go with the general consensus on many things.

Housemates must be friendly to alternative lifestyles (mostly gay/lesbian friendly), or at least willing to respect distance.
Prefer students, but will consider professionals, or whatever other categories there may be that I'm missing.
Pets allowed if kept in cages in rooms. I love animals myself, but the chance for property damage is too great to risk it.
