Guess who has a job interview? ME! Memememememe!!!!

This is the first time I have ever gotten a call back from a company I sent my resume to. And I actually like the job. OK, so it could be about something sexier, like astronomy. But still.

So the interview is currently scheduled for 10 AM, but could be scheduled later. I HAD a driving lesson scheduled for 11 AM. Not sure when it could be scheduled for.
I have to somehow get to South San Francisco for the interview, and then back. There are buses...

Would it be a bad idea to have my driving lesson at 9 AM, dropping me off at the job interview at 10:30 (reschedule the interview for 10:30 or 10:45), and then find my way home on my own?
This would be very efficient, but I'd be a basket case during the driving lesson, or I might be, and that could be bad.

If I leave the interview where it is, and move the driving lesson to 11:30, that would leave an hour and a half for the interview. I might be sitting around doing nothing for a while afterwards, but that's not the end of the world. Of course, if they really liked me and invited me to eat lunch with them, that would be a problem. Maybe I should just move the driving lesson later in the day or... dunno.

Bart is just right out as a method of getting there. It would get me there late (ie. I'd have to move my interview time), or it would require getting there more than 2 hours early. Which is ridiculous.
Caltrain, I'd have to walk a few blocks to catch my bus, or just walk the whole distance. I'd probably get there fifteen minutes early instead of several hours early or thirty minutes late.
I'd have to be up at 8:30 to get there at 10 AM.

Hmm...
Maybe I should just see about having my driving lesson first. The interview could go really late. The office is only four people, but still...

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I mustn't get my hopes up too much. This job would be PERFECT for me, but I don't want to deal with too much disappointment. But... but...

Today I:
-put some soft fake suede on the back of my choker so that it is comfortable
-made the wire frame for the top of my wings
-finished decorating my mask

Things left to do:
-figure out how to attach the masks to people's faces
-bottom wire frame of wings
-wrap the frame in silk ribbon
-cover the frame in translucent iridescent fabric
Optional:
-decorate the wings
-edge the mask with matching glass beads

Other demands on my time:
-prep for the interview Friday
-Thursday night Samhaine celebrations (wouldn't it be nice to have all this done by then??), related invocations
-time with Unseelie

Yay. This is all very neat and fun. *bounce*
