( PMS rant )

The rational part of me is excited that my parents just sold something for $1500 on eBay, that I've already found two students to give private skating lessons to in the area, one of them competitive, and that my interview just now went well and I got osme awesome quotes, and... yeah.
Oh, and I have a ticket from NYC to SFO for Wednesday, Sept. 4th. My parents will be picking me up in Boston Monday, Sept. 2 and driving me to NYC to visit my grandfather. I'll be arriving in Boston Monday August 26th at 11ish.

I practiced dancing.
Note to self: exercising in a crop top with no bra has serious failure modes
Note to self: when you haven't practiced seriously in a long time, you start sucking
Note to self: there is notable improvement when I practice. I should do this more

I stretched.
Note to self: this makes me feel good
Note to self: this is always a good idea after exercise

I showered
Showering after being all sticky and dirty is SOOO nice.
But it's more than that. Showering is kind of... cathartic. Feeling it coursing over my body makes me feel cleansed... It's quite beautiful. But we knew that I had an affinity for Water already. :)

I haven't eaten much in the past few days. Yesterday I had no dinner. Today I had no lunch. I'm going to go have a big dinner after this, and that will be nice. But feeling empty like this but not ill is... nice sometimes. Reminds me of what I run on.

In the shower, I noticed that I have a LOT of white stretch marks. This made me both happy and sad. Sad, because they will never go away. Happy, because they are ALL white. That means I've lost weight. They are badges of my accomplishments since I got to California.

I feel much fitter in mind, heart, soul, and body than I have been in quite a while.

Huzzah.

I'm going to get dressed now, pack my backpack, and head through Golden Gate Park to the little Mexican place at Haight and Stanyan. Then I'm going to go people watch at People's Cafe until Unseelie comes to pick me up. Being among the trees in GGPark will.. be nice. It is needed. Reading my book peacefully in a cafe, and people watching, will also be nice. Calm. Relaxing.
