Torontonians:
Do you take TTC regularly (i.e. to and from work and to social engagements)?
Especially, have you had a crime committed against you while on TTC?
If yes to either, I'd like to interview you today, right now, preferably over the phone, for the article I'm writing.
Also, if you can convince a friend who had a crime committed against them on TTC to be interviewed for my article that would be helpful too.
Non-Torontonians:
Do you use transit in your system? If you do AND your local transit system uses CCTV cameras, I'd be interested in interviewing you (again, right now, over the phone or email). Bonus points if there was controversy over the use of CCTV on your transit system when the cameras were installed.

Date: 2007-11-07 03:28 am (UTC)No crime, but I did once run out of a car after a fight broke out. I hit the "call conductor" button as I was going out, and lo and behold, BART police magically appeared and went to the right car. So maybe they do some sort of good.
