The good, the bad
Oct. 14th, 2005 01:45 pmAfter being in a lovely mood yesterday, I woke up grumpy today.
However, I've since received two good pieces of news:
-My check for the sleep watch story arrived! My mother has photocopied the cheque so I have a souvenir.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
pyat is betting that it has a mouse on it. :)
-My editor for the CMM story has said that the story will definitely be in the paper this Sunday, complete with photo. Woohoo! Finally!
Then, just as I flounced around the office happily in an improved mood, I received an email which pissed me off again. Someone needs a sound thrashing -- and not the good kind.
Hopefully, however, the remainder of the day will err on the side of Good.
And now, back to work.
