I am OFFICIALLY DONE with grades (except for one student who has had a severe illness and is doing the exam take home). That means that my remaining duties to the school involve coming in tomorrow at 9 for an awards ceremony, and then a teachers luncheon.

woohoo!

I finally feel like I can really focus on Other Things. *bounce*

And now, lunch, and back to work on the contract... except that it feels good to be doing so!

Fondue

So fondue options in the bay area:

La Fondue, Saratoga: Top notch, delicious, gourmet fondue. A real experience.

???, Fremont: an imitation La Fondue that is cheaper both in price and in quality, but appropriately so... worth going to if you want the La Fondue experience on a budget

???, San Francisco: A swiss restaurant which also serves fondue

Fondue Fred's, Berkeley: Good if you're craving fondue on a budget and don't own your own pot/don't know how to make your own fondue. Also, a waiter once told a friend of mine that their chocolate fondue is hershey's syrup.

Anything else? Further information on any of the above, or second opinions?

what do you call the doodads that people used to put on their car that would shoot sparks?

I got more work on the contract done than I have in ages, but still not as much as I'd like... I'm just under half done with a chapter.

Now I must run to Geary to grab dinner from somewhere. Sushi, maybe?

Obssessive checking of the phone's tracking info has not gotten it here any faster. Funny, that.

Wee. Off I go.

Fix the phone line -- its been making crackly noises. We don't have another test phone to check it on, so we either have to purchase a phone to test it or call up SBC and get them to check the line. ugh.

Find my prescription. I have two more days of medication left. I need to either find my prescription for Lexapro or call the doctor first thing tomorrow and get him to call the prescription into the pharmacy.

Figure out what's up tomorrow afternoon.

Work on the contract.

Shower.

The play was great. Fools is very funny. The kids are great actors. Well, most of them. ;p

I had a REALLY bad headache that lasted about as long as it took for me to walk home from the bus stop. I have no idea where it came from so suddenly, nor why it went away so suddenly, but I'm glad its gone. I really thought my brain was trying to explode out of all sides of my head, and the headlights of oncoming traffic on 7th were painfully bright.

Then I got to be in a really bad mood when I got home. Irritable, bitchy. Angry. It's just like being on the rag, except without the bloody mess.

My back hurts. I'd better get to work.

Tomorrow I have to be at the school by 11 a.m. for an awards ceremony, and then we have a teacher appreciation lunch which will last... I don't know how long. After that, I'd like to get together with [livejournal.com profile] japlady and [livejournal.com profile] sinboy among others for a leather tour, but figuring out the logistics of when to meet up when I don't know when I'll be free is hurting my head.
